Maggie Stiefvater is a twenty-nine-year-old writer, artist, and musician. She currently lives in Virginia with her husband and their two children. She’s the author of two paranormal series A Gathering of Faeries and The Wolves of Mercy Falls Mercy Falls.  Her debut novel, Lament: The Faerie Queen’s Deception, was published by Flux in 2008.  Her novel, Shiver has now spent 32 weeks on the New York Times Best Seller’s List.
