Maggie Stiefvater is a twenty-nine-year-old writer, artist, and musician. She currently lives in Virginia with her husband and their two children. She’s the author of two paranormal series A Gathering of Faeries and The Wolves of Mercy Falls Mercy Falls. Her debut novel, Lament: The Faerie Queen’s Deception, was published by Flux in 2008. About: I just love Shiver and Linger because the way it's writen it makes you fell like your in Mercy Falls. Especially in Linger I felt like you could understand the characters completely through their past and present. I really love the passion between Cole and Isabel that's so strong you can almost feel it. I haven't read too many books like these but the author, Maggie Stiefvater, has a way to get almost anyone into it. And I would love to be Fan Of The Week because it would be the best birthday present ever.
